Website Design Pricing:

$300.00 Home Page: The home page will consist of:

• Up to 2 logos, photos (graphic art if needed or existing). 2 "alt" tags on graphics (information text) to enhance search engine optimization.

• Page link buttons, and text. The client may choose colors and fonts and link button styles.

• This price does not include macromedia flash or graphic arts design fees or copywriter fees. This price does include submission to Google and Yahoo for Search engine indexing but you can expect a 12-week wait before your site will be indexed and listed on the engines unless you Consider Paid Inclusion, which would get your site place in 48 hours.

$75.00 Per Page for additional pages:

• This will include the home page carryover graphics, link buttons, 2 additional provided photos or provided graphics (no graphic art needed), the product or service description and bulleted text. This will also include 2 "alt" tags on graphics to enhance search engine optimization.  

• This price does not include macromedia flash or graphic arts design fees or copywriter fees.

$10.00 Per Site Link:
Links to other sites are outside links. If a graphic has to be imported the fee will be $25.00. If you provide us with a reciprocal link, there will be no further fees to place it on the site, however if we have to contact a webmaster to create a reciprocal link then there will be an additional fee of $45/hr. The purpose of the reciprocal link is for search engine indexing and popularity.

$35.00/hr Graphic Art Design: 
We charge hourly fee to prepare additional graphics/logo/photo for the site.
If artwork, images, etc. are provided by client and are optimized and ready for web use, and no graphic art skills required, there will be no extra charge.

$25.00/month for updates: 
Will provide monthly updates to your site.  Adding new events, price specials, etc.

Hosting Fees

$35.00 Domain Name Transfer:
In the event the domain name has been registered with another company, there will be a fee of $35 to transfer, but it will automatically renew for one year. Renewal fee is included in the transfer. Should phone calls to the host be required there will be a fee of $15/hr. These will be documented.

$20.00 Domain Name registration:
For set up & first year of registration, reverts to $10.00 per year thereafter.

$40.00 Hosting Set-up Fee:
This is a one-time fee to set up web site hosting on the server and to set up e-mail addresses.

Hosting Fees:
$15.00 /Month: (hosting up to 5 pages.)
$20.00 /Month: (hosting up to 10 pages.)
$30.00 /Month: (hosting up to 10 or more pages with a shopping cart.) A maintenance fee determined from the size of the site may be incurred.

Optimization

$80.00 Keyword Search: This could be done prior to buying a domain name or starting any content text since knowing what is being searched and how it is phrased is the key to getting the traffic you desire. It is $80.00 for the main subject and this will include up to 200 key phrases or words relating to a topic.

$20.00 Each/ Additional key word topics: If there is more then one topic or subject within the site that you choose to optimize for, then I will do additional topics at $20.00 each. This will include the KEI (effectiveness) along with Pay-per-Click informational data and statistics if desired.

$150.00 Meta tag and content optimization for home page: Creation of the Title, Description, Keywords, Content and Links for the home page for Search Engine indexing and high rankings. The page is then compared to the top three sites currently listed in Google and designed to beat them in the same keyword arena.
$80.00/ page for additional page optimization: Each additional page should be optimized for the content. It should have it's own specific Title, Description and Keywords. Optimization includes the creation of the Title, Description, Keywords, Content and Links for the additional page for Search Engine indexing and high rankings. Additional pages are also compared to the top currently listed pages in Google and then designed to beat them in the same keyword arena.
                                       

*Client is responsible for submitted content accuracy of information. When account is paid in full, client will have full ownership of the domain name/s and the website to include license for transferable shopping cart etc. where applicable.
